- Water: Stay hydrated with a durable water bottle or hydration pack.
- Layered Clothing: Have moisture-wicking base layers, a warm mid-layer, and a waterproof outer layer
- Sturdy Footwear: Invest in high-quality, supportive hiking boots or shoes with good traction.
- Compass/GPS: Navigate safely with a detailed trail map and a compass or GPS device.
- Sun Protection: Wear sunglasses, a wide-brimmed hat, and sunscreen with high SPF.
